Project Group is a company established with the objective of providing management and consultancy services for national and international donor funded projects for the public sector, as well as management services to private sector. It provides consultancy services on various projects funded by the European Union covering all major areas of technical assistance. For its consulting activities Project Group relies on a wide network of qualified experts within Turkey and all over Europe.

Project Group has considerable expertise in capacity building and in management consultancy activities. The core business of the company lies within the spheres of various service lines including institutional capacity building, such as implementation of extensive sets of trainings in a wide range of areas in socio-economic cohesion using relevant methodologies such as Project Cycle Management (PCM) as well as grant scheme management, including grant projects monitoring, organisation of seminars and conferences, and organisation of study visits to EU Member States among others.

The company has proven know-how with experienced consultants and its vision to provide quality project management services and continue its social responsibilities to the community. It focuses on the approximation of Turkish legislation with the Acquis Communautaire regarding social policies through capacity building of public institutions within the scope of Turkey’s accession to the EU.
